You succeeded man... I love any quality song like this... I wish I could show you some of the new tracks I am making for a label, Ill hit you up with the links on pm because I cant let them float around here, but you have serious skill... You should really try to get in touch with some minor trance labels on the web... this is awesome, great job... love the melody too so peaceful and relaxing. gj man. keep it up

Don't have much time for a review

5/5, ok heres a quick review...

Everythings good, and very original and unique in its own way... One thing I think you can improve on is the drums... there too simple, you need to get some new samples or add some Fx on them... and I think your piano could do with some reverb to add some realisticness. Other than that great job keep it up!

e991e responds:

Yep, i'm working with the demo lol and i'm not sure where to get all these extra samples but i did put some effects on both the drum and piano, i guess it just wasn't enough haha.
Thanks a ton for the review

Erm.

Your lead synth is a bit weak, and should be tweaked a bit...maybe add a flanger or a phaser on it.. plus this melody is the same as the "Sounds From Ibiza" - Chriss Ortega .... Not trying to give you a decent score because it has the same melody... it is a very plain melody , but honestly the song isn't really that good. I was expecting better from an artist like yourself... 5/5, just a 7/10 because your much better than this.

DaGrahamCraka responds:

well i mean, thanks?

Wow

One of my fans had you favorited as an artist and I ended up here.. and I have to say that this is so stunning, This isn't my style of music, but I know you have tons of talent in this area... Im startled , excellent work

Wow

That is a phenominal remix....<3 i love it. No critisicm 5/5

Great Start

Really great start, love everything thats going on...and the melody is really great. The intros good, but could be alittle stronger -- that will change in time, good job for now cant wait to hear the final... if you have any problems send me a message and ill try to help

Mr-green-apple responds:

yea ill hit u up with the Flp when i see u on aim. maybe bring somethin new to the track.

5/5, good.

Well out of all the songs I have heard from you this is probably your best.

I have a few recommendations though -

Your kick ( its a bit weak , and a bit fruity sounding ) Eq that a little more to blend in with the deep sounds and make it sound more full rather than plucky if you get what i mean? Your intro is very very long, I was kind of bored actually in the begginning... I think you should start with some light instruments in the beginning then break into your acid skills... that can make this song have a very catchy and unique feel to it.... I also think your drums can be a proved, because they are the same over and over again, maybe a reverbed snare incorporated somewhere in there ( not sure ) -- Idk, I am not an acid addict, so you can take the advice or leave it :] Good job though, let me know when the finals out.

Death-9 responds:

Stuff like this makes me wish I had the full version of FL so I could improve it :( The only thing I can't do is save and improve later, that's why all my songs are done in a single sitting.

Drums are really my weak point, as I've never been very good at changing them for a transition or anything. I'm going to try out Ableton and Reason soon, and see how that works for me. The kick definitely could have been EQ'd a bit more, but I actually think the 'pluck' is the charm of this particular one. The way I see it, almost all of my synths sound 'plucked', and so I gave my kick a hint of that as well.

As for 'spicing up the intro' with extra stuff, I'd need a lot of practice before I could even try that- my synths are all very unsubtle...

Acid can be a very interesting genre if you ever felt like exploring it. My buddy ph0ne (DJ_ISA) makes some killer acid tracks if you felt like getting into it ;)

5/5

Really not many people would every attempt this and those who would would probably stop... Its tough to mix eminems flow with dance drums and synths and make it sound so ... so good. It has great progression -- I just love the drums and your standard 4 drum kick. Everything sounds very well mixed. Great job keep that up

Not Bad

Your industrial synth in the beginning is alright, it gets too repetive for the whole song, it would be nice if you had it and built it up with some snares into your dreamy trancey synth ---

by the way your melody is good, but some notes are off key listen carefully if you reopen the file and try to make them flow nicely...it may sound right but try other notes and you might get something much better. Also use your standard trance 4 Kick Pattern. Try equing the kick as well (if you have fl, for starters add a Parametic EQ 2 - preset kick and play with it) -- Your on the right track, just not there yet. Gj
